A Novo-led rebound reversed the Q1 sell-off
Q2 2026 was a broad recovery led by Novo Nordisk, which reclaimed its Q1 decline. Beneath the index, AlzeCure out-licensed its Alzstatin platform to Eli Lilly and, the day after quarter-end, a second platform to QuantumCell – marking Sweden's arrival at the front of Alzheimer's drug development. Binary misses were punished sharply.
