Q-linea har utsett Stuart Gander till verkställande direktör för bolaget. Tidigare vd Anders Ljunggren fortsätter som vice verkställande direktör. Gander har sedan 1 mars 2024 haft omfattande ansvar för Q-lineas verksamhet som koncernchef. Styrelsen ser utnämningen som ett naturligt steg då han nu är bosatt i Sverige. Både Gander och Ljunggren tillträder sina nya roller den 19 oktober 2025.
